Terms of Service
Effective as of January 12, 2026. These terms govern your use of Filmcrafta Atelier's studios and digital platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking a studio, or using any service offered by Filmcrafta Atelier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Studio Bookings and Rentals
- All bookings require a signed rental agreement and advance payment.
- Cancellations made 72+ hours before booking receive a full refund.
- Equipment damage beyond normal wear will be charged to the renter.
Studio time is billed in hourly or daily increments. Last-minute changes require approval and may incur additional fees.
3. Intellectual Property
Any footage, photographs, or content created at our facilities remains the property of the client. Filmcrafta Atelier reserves the right to use unidentifiable production stills for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- • Produce content that infringes on third-party rights
- • Conduct illegal or hazardous activities on premises
- • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- • Disrupt site functionality or attempt unauthorized access
5. Liability and Insurance
Filmcrafta Atelier provides on-site insurance for basic incidents. Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain their own production insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by equipment malfunction, weather, or acts of force majeure.
6. Modifications and Termination
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Filmcrafta Atelier reserves the right to terminate accounts or refuse service for repeated violations of these terms.
